Seasons…

As I waved good-bye to my brother Marc and Tracey… and they headed out down our road… I heard this little phrase run thru my head… “…yet another season begins”…  wow… so true…  so many  seasons  …  over the years… some very short… some very long… always wondering what the next one will be… or when some season will end… or… or…. or….   🙂

I am a wondering machine… a  wanna know what’s next  kinda guy… even wondering how many times I have  played out this scene  before.  Here is Philip – the wondering one … sitting at his new desk… sitting in his new chair…. sitting in his new home… and just wondering away about this  next  new season….  hmmmm….

Of course…  that is when this scripture also runs thru my head…..“It is not for you to know times or seasons that the Father has fixed by his own authority.”.… which is His gentle way of telling me how that is none of my business… just deal with the  stuff   He sends me each day…  always an interesting plateful…  🙂

hmmmm… guess I have to just wait till tomorrow to find out..

🙂

hmmm…..are you a wondering type or a wandering type? either way, i sure miss you but enjoy the musings very much. Happy Sunday from France! Michelle and I both send our love to you and Ellen!

  2. “I wonder.. as I wander… all over this old Lake…” ah… yes… a life left of wandering, wondering and musing… not to mention a few photos… so I can watch my aging process as well… 🙂 🙂 🙂
